Toni Pusich

Ms. Toni Pusich is a security professional with over three decades of dignitary protection and Threat Assessment experience. She was recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) while attending UCLA. At the CIA she was involved with top-secret programs. She held assignments at CIA headquarters in Langley, VA, the White House and Los Angeles, CA. Following the CIA she worked for the U.S. State Department in dignitary protection which included protective details for visiting heads of state and foreign ministers.

Ms. Pusich then brought her security experience to the Walt Disney Company (Worldwide). For over 21 years she laid the foundation for dignitary/celebrity protection, and the Internal Investigations Department. She provided security protection for many top celebrities such as Michael Jackson, and foreign dignitaries such as Prince Rainier of Monaco. During her years at Disney, Toni facilitated a relationship with the LAPD Threat Management Unit. She worked with them to create the Threat Assessment protocols and policies for the Walt Disney Company. Toni was also an expert for Disney in criminal fraud investigations.

She then took her talent to a mega church in Southern California where she created the security and safety department. Toni developed and administrated a pastoral protection detail that to this day is a model in the field. She has owned her own business contracting with the U.S. Government and the LAPD to conduct pre-employment background checks, and with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in homicide investigations.

Toni is considered a subject matter expert in the security field. Her wealth of knowledge surrounding dignitary protection, threat assessment and risk management make her a valuable consultant for churches and other religious institutions wishing to raise the level of protection in their ministry.
