Co-Founder and President Raul Ramirez devotes all his time leading Church Security Solutions, LLC by bringing the latest in law enforcement, security and safety protocols to churches and other religious institutions.

John Van Dreal

Consultant

John has received national recognition for his work and contributions in threat assessment. John regularly provides training and consultation to national audiences on student threat assessment systems and youth violence.

John McKean, CISSP

Consultant

John has worked diligently to assure that risks related to information security are mitigated using the principle of least privilege and industry best practices.

Don Knox, CPP, CITRMS

Consultant

Don is a security professional with over 15 years of experience. He is a member of ASIS and serves as the Chairman of the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Council as well as the Chairman of the Houses of Worship Security Working Group. Don is also an Advisory Board Member of the Christian Security Network.

David Guest

Consultant

David Guest is an Investigator with the District Attorney’s Office in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he is assigned to Special Investigations and is a member of the Officer Involved Shooting and Homicide call-out teams. He was a member of the team that responded to investigate the tragic New Life Church shooting in December of 2007.

Mr. Watson, is a career security professional, author, teacher, speaker and consultant specializing in the areas of organizational security, education and crisis management. Scott is a Certified Protection Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner and a frequent speaker at professional conferences.

Toni Pusich

Toni is considered a subject matter expert in the security field. Her wealth of knowledge surrounding dignitary protection, threat assessment and risk management make her a valuable consultant for churches and other religious institutions wishing to raise the level of protection in their ministry. Her passion for her faith has led her to bring her talents to CSS and the clients that we serve.

Michael Beecher
